Featured Employee of the Month
Ayra Vinson is our Featured Employee this month. Ayra has worked with ALC since September, 2005 which definitely makes her our most senior employee. She is assigned to Trak Microwave where she is an assembler. Ayra and her co-workers solder all day under a microscope. It is detailed and demanding work and Ayra is good at it. She has worked in electronics since 1984.
Ayra lives in Brandon with her husband who is a consultant specializing in software engineering. Ayra has a son and daughter. They are grown and live in other states.
Thanks to Trak’s flex work schedule, she works from 5 AM until 2 PM so that she can avoid rush hour traffic and have a long afternoon and evening at home. Ayra’s husband works from home so when she gets home, he is ready to go out. They go to the gym every day to work out.
